BIOgurad Mouthguards

The BIOguard® mouthguard is a custom fit, multi-laminated, high heat/pressure formed custom fit mouthguard that has minimal deformation over the wear period.

Having the ability to customize for orthodontics and/or mixed dentition, the unique design of the BIOguard® offers the best fit for better protection without interfering with breathing or speaking. To help reduce the risk of injury, the BIOguard® is made of multiple layers including our PolyShoK™ technology, which absorbs over 150% more impact energy than Ethylvinyl Acetate (EVA), the material used in other brands of mouthguards.

BIOguard® mouthguards are between 3-4.5mm thick, depending on each sport’s specific need. For a fully-customized mouthguard with superior protection, BIOguard® mouthguards can be personalized with a team logo, name or jersey number, along with two and three color-combinations. Mouthguard cases are included, while helmet straps are available for an additional fee.

BIOguard Mouthguard

BIOguard® I

Two layers fused together for a thickness of approximately 3 to 3.5mm. Recommended for all athletes under the age of twelve or teenagers and adults in: soccer, basketball, wrestling, baseball and softball

BIOguard® II

Two layers fused together for a thickness of approximately 3.5 to 4mm. Recommended for teenage and adult athletes in: hockey, field hockey, football, lacrosse and rugby
BIOguard Mouthguard

BIOguard® III

Three layers fused together for thickness of approximately 4 to 4.5mm. Recommended for teenage and adult athletes in: boxing and martial arts
