Q: Do you accept phone orders?
A: Yes, please call 1-800-401-1776 and a friendly customer service representative will be happy to assist you.
Q: What credit cards are accepted?
A: All major credit cards are accepted along with PayPal.
Q: Do you offer mouthguards for an athlete that has braces?
A: Yes, however we do not recommend using our custom-fit mouthguards that use our S-IS Kit as it may loosen the brackets on the braces. We suggest contacting your dentist or orthodontist and have them make either a soft impression or stone model. Once you have the impression/model, please call our office at 1-800-401-1776 and a customer service rep will be able to assist you.
Q: How long will it take for my mouthguard to be made?
A: Once your order is received, we usually ship your mouthguard with in 1 or 2 business days. When ordering a custom-fit mouthguard using our S-IS kit, once you have returned your dental impression to us, please allow 5 to 7 business day for us to create your form fitting custom mouthguard.
Q: I over boiled the mouthguard tray. What do I need to do in order to get a new one?
A: Please fill out the request form below and we will be happy to mail you a new mouthguard tray.
Q: The impression putty set faster than I anticipated and my dental impression isn't right. Can I get more impression putty?
A: Yes, you can purchase a replacement putty pack directly from our online store. Please visit this page.
