How Booster Rewards Work

Contact us and we will issue you a special promo code specifically for your organization.

Have your athletes go to our mouthguard store (www.custommouthguardstore.com) and order a BIOguard Mouthguard using the special promo code when they check out.

The promo code will then give the athlete a 10% discount on his/her purchase.

We track all sales with your unique code and will send your booster club $10.00 back at the end of the month, for each BIOguard Mouthguard purchased.

The money is then yours to use at your discretion. (If your program, school, or sports teams purchase 10 mouthguards, we will send you back $100. Buy 50 mouthguards and we will send you back $500, and so on).
